These terms govern use of the Play Media website. The entity responsible for a particular service is identified in the relevant proposal, invoice, or written agreement. Play Media UAE and Playmedia Technologies LLC are separate legal entities under common ownership.

This site exists to present Play Media services and projects. It may not be used unlawfully or in any way that harms the site or its users.
Intellectual property
All text, design, visual elements, and motion material shown here are owned by or licensed to Play Media and may not be reused without prior written permission.
Projects and marks
Project and platform names belong to their respective owners. Mention of a partner or institution does not by itself imply endorsement or sponsorship unless expressly stated.
Accuracy of content
We make reasonable efforts to keep content current and accurate, but services, figures, and project statuses may change without notice. Published content is not a binding contractual offer.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Play Media is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Information submitted
When contacting us, provide accurate information you are entitled to share. Do not submit unlawful material or third-party personal information without appropriate authorisation. We may use your submission to respond and evaluate a potential engagement.
Cancellations and service fees
Media, marketing, and technology services are provided under separate proposals or agreements. Applicable cancellation and refund terms are set out in that agreement. Fees for services already performed are generally non-refundable except where law requires or we agree otherwise in writing.
